Description

Own the entire life cycle and both internal and commercial success for Vector's content development and management system.

Specify internal and external requirements based on evidence and business rationale by conducting market and stakeholder research and competitive analysis.

Own, lead or assist with product business case development which includes positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, cost and sales projections, ROI, and requirements definition.
-
Work closely with the corporate Marketing team to define messaging and go to market plans. Work with various business units (Support, Training, Implementation, Engineering, Marketing) to carry out the go to market plans.

Help define the product strategy and vision. Document, maintain and communicate plans internally and externally using tools such as roadmaps.

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience as a software product manager.

Successful history of launching new software products with a demonstrated understanding of both the technical and business goals and challenges.

Pragmatic certification or equivalent.

1-2 years previous technical training/eLearning/instructional design experience.
