Provide interpretation (in-person, by telephone or video remote) for patients/families who speak a language other than English and Seattle Children's medical providers and staff, which includes sight translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation.

• - High school diploma or equivalent experience

• - Minimum of two (2) years experience interpreting

• - Fluent in designated language and English Required Credentials: - Certified by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) as Medical Interpreter, or equivalent state or national medical certification such as Commission for Health Care Interpreters (CCHI) or National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI).

• - Bachelors' degree.

• - At least two (2) years Interpreting in a medical setting
