Responsibilities

  • Inbound and/or outbound customer service requests different clients according to your assigned project.
  • Actively listening and communicating with the customer and the team in order to solve any case that is assigned to you.
  • Manage and handle changes, requests, complaints and any other customer concerns.
  • Reach team's targets and KPIs.
  • Be proficient in your native language + English
