Description

Travian Games is looking for Community Managers & Customer Service Representatives for the following languages: Czech, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Italian, German to work remotely for us and support our games!

 

Contract between 30 and 60 hours/month + payment in function of the amount of handled support inquiries during the month.

 

Community Manager

  • You engage with players, build a good relationship with them, and manage their expectations
  • You keep the community informed about all changes in the game and other important announcements
  • You respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • You monitor, moderate, and report on forum feedback from our players
  • You organize events to build the community and boost brand awareness
  • You engage the community in meaningful conversation
  • You build relationships with influencers
  • You hire, train, and oversee a team of volunteer moderators
  • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead

Responsibilities

As Customer Service Representative

  • You help our players with questions, inquiries and issues regarding account, products and billing via written communication
  • You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players
  • You forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support
  • You resolve suspension-based issues
  • You work alongside internal guidelines
  • You take care of the knowledge base/answers with helpful information for the players
  • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead and will also get regular feedback, coaching & help

 

SKILLS

  • You have a customer-oriented mindset and are a team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have good knowledge about strategy browser games (ideally from Travian Games)
  • Previous experience in moderating an online community and answering players’ inquiries
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent writing skills in the language you support
