Within Flowserve Ettlingen we are looking for a Sales Support Representative. Responsibilities & Requirements: You'll be involved in the following tasks:

• Processing of customer orders
• Monitoring of orders
• Maintaining customer relationship via phone
• Coordinating the orders from dispatching untill delivery / invoicing
• Execution of different order forms (single order, stock order, repair, claims, returns, credit)
• Collection / setting of documents from the customer portals
• Solving customer complaints
• Customer order documentation
• Cooperation with the other departments

What Do You Need For This Job

• Vocational training with a Business Administrative/Sales focus or a comparable education (e.g. “Kaufmännische Ausbildung”)
• Preferably a background in sales support
• Fluent in English and German (both in speech and writing)
• Fluent in one more foreign language, f.e. French is nice to have
• Good understanding of MS-Office and SAP R/3
• Team-player, motivated, engaged and flexible
