Description

  • You hold a university degree (business, IT or related fields)
  • You have partner business experience (Proven record of developing vendors’ B2B partners and meeting sales targets)
  • You already have an established network with certain partners in Italy
  • You have a high affinity for IT
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals rapidly
  • Your ambition is sales: Willing to get things done, relationship-oriented, bold, and confident to negotiate and communicate
  • You are fluent in Italian and English

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and development of new partners and distributors in Italy
  • Sales onboarding and qualification of new partners and distributors
  • Support partners in promoting Retarus’ solutions to their client base and ensure corporation between the partners and the Retarus field sales teams
  • Development of sales targets and drive joint campaigns to ensure the success of your partners and distributors
  • Working closely with colleagues such as marketing, lead management, product marketing etc.
  • Participation in trade fairs and partner events
