You will hire, lead, develop and coordinate a team of Product Managers and play a key role in ensuring the success of a number of apps in our product portfolio. These apps cover both Cloud and On-premise (Server/Data Centre) deployments.
As well as leading a team of Product Managers, you'll work closely with other key functions such as Marketing, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to build and oversee a successful set of cross-functional teams. You'll be managing the balance of your individual contributions and supporting your team in delivery. As the most senior Product Manager in this line of apps, you'll be responsible for the success of our existing and future products, by gaining an in-depth knowledge of the industry, customers, and competitors, and then turning that knowledge into creative full app lifecycle strategies.
You will be tasked with developing and leading process improvements to encourage a discovery mindset focused on customer value and build measure learn type approaches. You'll empower teams towards autonomy and decision making without the need to seek approval from senior management.

Some Of The Things You'll Do
Leadership
- Build, lead and nurture a growing team of high performing Product Managers who deliver undeniable business impact and breed a high standard of strategic, creative, and execution excellence through coaching and development.
- Assist with priority setting for the product family.
- Deliver updates and report on success to key stakeholders.
- Orchestrate complex initiatives and tasks, ensuring members of the team have a clearly defined path to success.
- Orchestrate and coordinate cross-departmental product discussions.
People Management
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers, varying from Associate to Senior.
- Work with direct reports to set objectives and to create and execute development plans.
- Hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Facilitate and enable collaboration and communication including conflict resolution.
- Align the team with product and business priorities.
Product Management
- Setting goals (on a product level), measuring and iterating on the output.
- Deep understanding of the customer through a range of inputs - such as customer interviews and analytics.
- Driving strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends, user feedback, and analysis of product performance.
- Defining the vision for apps in the portfolio.
