We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager to collaborate with our Sales & Marketing team. You would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of demand generation to achieve revenue goals that support the company’s fast-paced growth.
This role is a highly cross-functional, strategic role which will require both creative and analytical thinking.
What we are looking for :
- 2-4 years experience in Sales & Marketing Department in a growing and international environment
- Outbound strategy represents 80% of the job : Account-Based Marketing strategy and automation marketing via LinkedIn or marketing automation tools are very important for this position.
- Proven track record in generating B2B prospects via different channels and tactics
- Knowledge of latest outbound Sales tactics and all associated new tools and technologies
- Growth mindset and are relentlessly looking for new ideas to improve campaigns ROI
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to do deep data analysis and drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
- First experience as a Manager & ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Resilience and a fighting spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in French & English

Responsibilities
- Generate B2B prospects for the Sales team in Europe and North America (Outbound, Trade events, Inbound, Partners)
- Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
- Test and Scale new channels of acquisition (SEO, Paid advertising, partnerships, trade events, Growth Hacking)
- Work closely with the sales team, partners (VCs) and internal sales development representatives to launch campaigns to strengthen the sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to leverage the content created for demand gen campaigns
- Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually (reply rate, booking rate, number of prospects generated, deal closed)
- Identify key trade events where Dolead can participate (to be speaker, exhibitor or attendee) and coordinate logistic across Europe and North America (event participation, event booth and materials)
