Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Leader that will work closely with our sales department to acquire leads and promote them into opportunities that will feed into the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
- create and mentor a team that will work closely with the sales department
- research and qualify high-priority leads and prospects
- provide coaching to team members on research techniques and telephone skills
- moving leads from unqualified to qualified stage
- provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance
Responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 2 or more years inside sales or outbound market research experience
- the ability to priorities effectively and work independently
- a high level of comfort interacting with potential clients on the telephone and over email
- knowledge of the sales process and familiarity with a CRM system
