What we’re looking for:

  • We’re searching for a Solutions Architect who can join our growing Product Management
  • team. You will be responsible for defining end-to-end solutions based on
  • customer requirements and Allot’s wide offering of network security products.
  • You will also be responsible for supporting the Customer Success organization
  • through the deployment of the offered solution.

What you should have:

  •  A degree in the relevant technological/engineering field
  • At least 5 years of previous experience as a Solution Manager or Solution Architect or System Architect
  • An excellent understanding of IP Networking and protocols
  •  A proven experience and understanding of the large scale, complex systems’ architecture

 

Knowledge and previous experience in the following fields:

- Mobile & Fixed service provider networking – must have

-Data Security/Cyber – must have

-Virtualization/NFV – must have

  •  A Strong analytical mind and experience as a proven problem-solver, enabling detailed analysis over a short time and end-to-end system at the same time
  •  Customer-facing experience
  •   Great communications and negotiation skills, both written and oral, at least in English. Other languages are optional.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Allot's customers and Presales team to understand the required capabilities, to discover how the Allot solutions will be incorporated into customer environments, and to present the solutions for the customers
  •  Work with Product Managers, responsible for the products combining the solution, to identify gaps and ways to resolve them
  • Work with the Customer Success organization to ensure a smooth deployment and integration of the offered solution
  •  Write PRD, HLD, and other specification documents, both for internal usage and customer-facing documents to make sure the solution will meet customer’s expectations
  • Work with relevant R&D teams on required effort estimation for project-specific and new features.
  • Work with R&D to monitor and validate the solutions being developed will meet the customer needs
  • Participate in internal product management and development process
  •  Support Presales, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support with understanding customer/problem-domain related issues, in both pre-sale, deployment, and support context
