What an amazing time to join Toluna having recently launched our Toluna Start platform in Q4 2020. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a high performing Business Developer to join our expanding sales team, reporting to the Country Director, ANZ. You will ideally have experience selling data platform solutions to enterprise clients and will be accountable for delivering sales targets and meeting KPI’s.
Toluna is a Technology business reimaging market research. We are looking for someone to continue driving growth in Australia. If you are interested, get in touch, telling us why you would be ideal for the role.
The role will be based out of our Sydney office and you must have full working rights in Australia.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a high performing B2B sales function, who is skilled in prospecting new clients, cold calling and converting prospects to clients
- Previous experience in selling data solutions, market research or SaaS platforms to marketing and / or insight professionals
- A natural people-person who can quickly build strong client relationships
- Have high-energy levels combined with attention to detail and a proactive mindset that is results focused
- Strong communications skills, both verbally and in written form
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, with to ability to persuade, negotiate and work with a high level of autonomy
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, qualifying leads through to sales conversion
- Generate a portfolio of new clients
- Complete all aspects of sales administration (i.e. Salesforce, proprietary platforms etc.)
- Provide proposals meeting client objectives in a timely manner
- Deliver quarterly sales targets and KPI’s
- Liaise and work with marketing to generate local content and leads
- Build excellent client relationships offering value-add, insightful and strategic input to their business.
- Represent Toluna at conferences and events
