- Understanding of German employment law (experience with international regulations is a plus)
- First experience with HR databases (knowledge of Personio is a plus)
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- University Degree with focus on HR or related disciplines or equivalent apprenticeship
Responsibilities
- You’ll work on diverse projects across our HR management and engage with different teams
- Build a bond with our team, provide day-to-day advice to our management and employees on general HR-related questions
- Create and distribute guidelines about company policies and procedures and help us ensure legal compliance
- Take ownership of all HR-related documentation on a global scale, such as contracts of employment, visa processes, on- and offboarding, compensation and benefits
- Bring new ideas, help us optimize our HR processes and keep our tools up to date
- Shape our company culture by organizing team events and overseeing the well-being of all employees
- Coordinate office operations and procedures
- Leave your footprint by initiating new ideas to further develop our working environment
- Use you creativity and support our employer branding team
