Flowhaven is seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented SaaS Marketing Manager to support the company's growth and lead the product marketing team. This role will be a crucial part of the marketing team by planning the strategies for marketing actions that drive Flowhaven towards inbound led selling. In this role, you will develop, plan and manage marketing actions towards long-term success with sales to generate revenue. You are a tech-savvy person who has the capability to understand b2b product marketing inside out and you are eager to test different approaches to find the right one for us.
This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California.
You should have:
- Proven experience in leading the SaaS product marketing functions
- SaaS product marketing experience preferably in a high-growth b2b SaaS company
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
- Experience in leading a marketing team
- Ability to go and learn and adapt/implement new tactics and skills quickly
- Good communicator and excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-directed individual contributor, we appreciate proactivity
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a smile and a sense of humor
Although there will be a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist in your team, proficiency in the following is seen as a big plus:
- Ability to plan, execute, document, and analyze the weekly testing sprints
- SEO + SEM, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords, Twitter, Quora, Reddit
- Understanding the digital platform providers like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and how you use them properly
- Understanding tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Bannersnack/Canva, Supermetrics, G Suite office tools (spreadsheet, doc, slides…) and the ability to use them independently
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Mailchimp
Responsibilities
- Leading the product marketing daily actions and develop the long term goals
- Learn the Flowhaven product and licensing industry pain-points to understand and further develop the Flowhaven value proposition
- Research and evaluate the market to plan a strategy to reach the revenue goals with sales
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, and HR
- Research new/emerging strategies and tactics for demand generation and account-based marketing that drives conversions in collaboration with the Sales team
