Description

Award winning Pre-IPO ICS and OT security vendor, which over the last six years have grown 80% year on year with circa 200 employees across the globe.

Over the next 18 months they are looking to double their headcount in EMEA and as part of this are looking for a channel account manager to join within Germany to cover the DACH region.

Requirements:
The successful Channel Account Manager must be a self-starter and happy to work remotely within a start-up environment.


  • You must have at least 5 years' experience with Channel Sales
  • Experience within OT or ICS networks
  • Proven track record of carrying quotas and achievement
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to travel across Europe

Responsibilities

As the channel account manager, you will be report into the Director of EMEA channel sales and be responsible for managing channel partners within the DACH region, driving success and growth within this partners on a day to day basis.

  • Support partner sales team following best practices and methodologies, predicting the business needs and constraints to proactively address them
  • Enable and train partner sales teams to drive success within Europe
  • Attend industry conferences and events across Europe to present and demonstrate products with partners
  • Develop new business within prospective and existing partners
  • Develop and execute channel sales plans to drive business within Europe
