Our client specializes in products that make it possible to get video content to any audience regardless of how it is created, distributed, or viewed. 

Throughout the entire digital media lifecycle, from capture to viewing, for consumers through high-end professionals, our client's products range from 

desktop components and cross-platform applications to fully-automated, enterprise-class digital media transcoding and workflow systems.

 

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take roles into your own hand by researching the position, reviewing the candidate qualifications, and deciding if they’re a good fit
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage Indeed, LinkedIN and any other recruiting database to find a plethora of qualified candidates for each position

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting or similar
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel (any recruiting software is a plus)
  • Ability to work in teams and independently
  • Interaction with customers requires strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to adapt to recruiting trends, social medias, and new softwares
  • Ability to utilize buillion searches and adjust when needed
