Modis is actively hiring Technical Recruiters across the US to help service and grow the IT staffing needs of our financial partners. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, are aggressively adding new business to the portfolio, and are poised to have a record year in 2021. Responsibilities
- Foundational knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Own the full cycle recruiting process with special focus on technical hiring needs including job requisition, pipelining, scheduling, interviewing feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably working with enterprise-sized clients.
- Familiarity working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS, e.g. Beeline/Fieldglass) and contingent workforce programs.
- Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent SLA/timeline.
