• Foundational knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Own the full cycle recruiting process with special focus on technical hiring needs including job requisition, pipelining, scheduling, interviewing feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably working with enterprise-sized clients.
• Familiarity working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS, e.g. Beeline/Fieldglass) and contingent workforce programs.
• Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent SLA/timeline.
