Description
TransPerfect’s Marketing & Communications team is looking for a full time Division Marketing Specialist to oversee marketing, content creation, branding, communications, events, and sales support for the company’s rapidly growing DataForce AI division.

Our DataForce division helps clients build better experiences by providing high quality data delivered by artificial intelligence tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in a marketing role with a focus on content creation, project management, and digital strategy/execution.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Write copy and manage creation and release process for digital and print collateral, including product and feature briefs, brochures, web content, sales slides
- Create infographics, charts, display advertisements, social content, and other visual assets in conjunction with graphic design team
- Work directly with sales teams to plan and execute marketing strategies that are tailored to the specific trends and targets.
- Generate leads and demand in conjunction with TransPerfect’s digital marketing team through digital advertising, SEM/SEO, account-based marketing, and thought leadership
- Coordinate local and regional events, including client learning events and social gatherings
- Oversee localization of divisional materials into multiple languages
- Support recruitment efforts through content creation, social media posting, and event management
Responsibilities
- 2-4 years previous experience in a marketing role, with a preference for candidates experienced in content marketing and project management
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, user-friendly, visually effective ideas.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills in English
- Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines
- Travel – 10-15%
