We are helping one of our Tulsa, OK area clients hire a Marketing Associate to work with the Marketing leadership team and help drive top and middle of the sales funnel growth. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and financially stable (almost 10 years in business) company that just closed on another round of financing. This client's lead investor is a Tulsa based firm that looks to bring more jobs to the Tulsa area!

 

Our client provides software solutions that help medical organizations efficiently manage their surgical processes.

 

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Work with the marketing leadership team to execute a consistent and superior marketing program
  • Optimize appropriate marketing channels to bring key messages to market
  • Execute on marketing campaigns that drive quality leads to sales
  • Gather and report campaign metrics to the Head Marketing on a frequent basis
  • Assist with establishing and rolling out a brand strategy with supporting marketing collateral and other communication methods that effectively convey the brand
  • Collaborate with your Manager to provide relevant marketing content, appropriate demand gen campaigns, relevant events, and channel marketing initiatives, etc
  • Work with sales to manage the RFI/RFP process
  • Plan and manage client events
  • Oversee social media marketing and website marketing

Responsibilities

  • 2-4 years of Marketing experience (at least 1 year of performance marketing experience in marketing automation, CRM, and paid digital marketing)
  • Has developed email marketing programs and analyzed/reported metrics to management
  • Has successfully worked cross-functionally & building effective working relationships.
  • Previous experience at a technology company is preferred
  • Experience with all digital marketing channels and traditional marketing channels
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to provide clear direction, prioritization, and planning.
  • Demonstrated success in an innovative and fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with reporting and analysis of marketing campaign metrics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
