Description
This candidate will provide support to the US business leader; be accountable for retaining and developing multiple global Entertainment on Demand accounts, as well as providing support on ComTech as needed. The candidate will be able to demonstrate the value of the EoD service to our clients through their ability to analyse data and build stories that inspire our clients to take action. They will be a team player and be able to influence the team with their positive attitude. The role is suited to individuals with client facing experience who are adept in interpreting data and building presentations. Ideally, they will also have an interest/ participate in the streaming video/music on demand sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of US based EOD accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met to a high standard of accuracy and insights delivered are actionable.
- Reports are consistently delivered on time and without errors.
- Support US leader in the onboarding on new clients.
- Maintenance of account plans; ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the most accurate state of the account and relationships thereof, ensuring US leader is updated on performance.
- Execute account plans and escalate potential issues/challenges that may arise on the account to US leader in good time.
- Liaise with global Operations, as well as affected client service teams, to outline any changes required from reporting requirements through to questionnaire development.
- Be involved in wider team initiatives and put forward suggestions.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking through suggesting and implementing ideas that drive efficiencies and/or improves our wider business and industry impact.
- Be flexible in supporting ComTech business as required.
- Maintain a personal development plan.
- Ensure objectives are regularly reviewed and are on track to being met.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience in market research with proven examples of successfully managing clients and projects.
- Proven track record in building strong client relationships.
- Able to anticipate client and business needs.
- An acute eye for detail, meeting deadlines and works well under pressure.
- Highly numerical with an ability to work directly with data and present story-led insight presentations with recommendations.
- Tried and tested communication skills that elevate client conversations to get closer to the client’s business needs and the central question of projects
- Have a strong sense of commercial awareness; able to manage part of the revenue opportunity funnel from identifying opportunities, managing conversations and following proposals to conversion or the end point.
- Able to vocalize ideas and across EOD/ComTech business organizations impactfully.
· Experience of working successfully across different countries/cultures (inc Asia, Europe and
Americas and adapt your style/manner accordingly)
- Consistently able to demonstrate curiosity about the Entertainment and Tech industry and shares knowledge widely.
