The Mission
Coached by a team leader, as a Costumer Advisor you will respond to customer requests in a simple and practical way, putting yourself in customers’ shoes, keeping your smile to ensure their satisfaction through a unique customer experience. You will demonstrate your talent and communications skills through a variety of activities, namely:
Answer incoming calls, providing advice and information;
Claims management, order management and retention;
Social network community management.

You are passionate about customer service.You are native or fluent (level C2) in one of these languages: English, French and Italian.You have excellent communication skills and you are recognized for your attention to detail and high energy.You enjoy a challenge and you are looking to join an exciting high growth company.
