Description
The Engagement Strategy Team is the creative wing of the Technology Strategy organisation for Oracle’s inside sales teams in Europe Middle East and Africa. We support sales teams with creative and interesting ways of engaging their customers, digitally. We are looking for a digital expert who can inspire sales leaders and their teams to adopt digital tools and practices to enhance their customer relationships and their sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a creative spark, have excellent collaboration skills and have a passion for all things digital and social media related.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable enablement programs that enhance the digital skill maturity of sales and supporting teams.
- Design, execute and deliver results from digital demand generation campaigns.
- Manage and show return on a digital marketing budget to drive customer engagement and sales results.
- Increase adoption of digital technologies within the sales teams and
- Design and deliver innovative digital selling strategies to meet customer engagement and demand generation goals.
- Influence Sales VPs and manage governance processes in partnership with them to drive measurable business results as a result of innovative digital selling initiatives.
- Proactively and creatively problem solve, using your skills, expertise and digital mind-set.
Responsibilities
Skills & Requirements
- An experienced digital advisor having used digital and social media and how to leverage it for customer engagement in a b2b environment, setting the strategy, executing against it and delivering results.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with specific experience on paid and organic social media marketing
- Experienced in delivering training and sales enablement (preferably in the digital or social selling sphere) to large groups.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales or demand generation at scale.
- An exceptional storyteller and communicator.
- Has a third-level degree qualification in marketing, business, technology, management or related field.
- Has creative skills including visual design and basic graphic design skills.
- Experienced in social & marketing tech tools & technologies such as: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Linkedin Marketing Solutions, social listening tools, marketing automation, email marketing, content creation, social media marketing, social media management, online community development, digital advertising, video creation and production.
