The role:
As a Customer Success Manager - Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for...
- Maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships with major enterprise accounts
- Onboarding customers, acting as the main point of contact and supporting them through post-onboard
- Driving a high level of customer satisfaction and increasing customer retention and successful product use
- Supporting clients through the onboarding phase all the way to quarterly reviews and annual renewals
- Demonstrating ROI to customers and analysing metrics to advise them on best practice and optimisation
- Training customers on the platform and relaying any feedback to the product team
Responsibilities

- Strong account management experience, dealing with enterprise accounts
- Experience in industries related to Software / SaaS / Technology / IT
