Description
If you are a Customer Service Assistant with strong administration skills then this position could be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing customer order requirements from instigation stage through to delivery
- - Dealing with existing customers and managing new business enquiries
- - Providing customers with information and guidance on products and services provided
- - Managing orders received from customers and inputting details on computer system
- - Allocating stock required to meet order requirements and arranging deliveries
- - Liaising with Shipping Agents and preparing export documentation to accompany orders
