Some of your duties will include:

  • - Managing customer order requirements from instigation stage through to delivery
  • - Dealing with existing customers and managing new business enquiries
  • - Providing customers with information and guidance on products and services provided
  • - Managing orders received from customers and inputting details on computer system
  • - Allocating stock required to meet order requirements and arranging deliveries
  • - Liaising with Shipping Agents and preparing export documentation to accompany orders
