Description

A competent and capable Account Manager is required to co-ordinate helpdesk support and installations on behalf of this progressive organisation.

  • Managing reactive breakdown requirements for domestic and commercial clients
  • Additionally managing new installations from instigation stage to completion
  • Managing incoming telephone calls from clients and establishing their requirements
  • Preparing worksheets and allocating jobs to be completed to team of Engineers
  • Arranging/sourcing parts needed for jobs and placing purchase orders with suppliers
  • Putting together a schedule of completed works for invoicing once work is completed
