Description
A competent and capable Account Manager is required to co-ordinate helpdesk support and installations on behalf of this progressive organisation.
- Managing reactive breakdown requirements for domestic and commercial clients
- Additionally managing new installations from instigation stage to completion
- Managing incoming telephone calls from clients and establishing their requirements
- Preparing worksheets and allocating jobs to be completed to team of Engineers
- Arranging/sourcing parts needed for jobs and placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Putting together a schedule of completed works for invoicing once work is completed
