Description
VCV is looking for an experienced business development manager who will be an integral part of our sales department. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sales strategies and tactics in the field of HR tech, communication, and building relationships with customers, HR market research, and identification of key growth indicators. This position is remote, so you must have good organization and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and exceed growth and profit targets. Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume goals
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing activities
- Collaborating with other departments to develop joint market strategies/research
- Making product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Preparing reports and reaching KPIs, and submitting them to the management team
- Securing payment from customers
- Performing other related duties, as assigned
Responsibilities
Qualifications and Qualities Desired
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a strategic Business Development/Sales role working for a professional recruitment/staffing/HRtech tool/HR consultancy is a MUST
- Previous experience as a recruiter in a staffing/recruitment agency is also welcomed
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Experience with standard office software - MS office and various marketing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and effectively deliver sales presentations
